Message	Well I was looking at the classifieds and came across some 555's for sale. So i emailed the guy and ask a price. 400 was what I got back. well any way long story short went down to 375. Ask him if 375 was shipping and all. he said yes. " send me 375 and they will be shipped by friday". well that was two weeks ago, wrote back asking what was up and he said that I still owed him 275 and that the total was 600. 375+275=650. not to mention I was very clear when asking total price. correct me if i'm wrong but as soon as he said 375 shipped he concluded a cantract. so am I going to have to take this guy to court or what.
